The program focuses on key areas critical to managerial success, including: Leadership Style, Delegation, Coaching and Creating Followership, amongst others.
The program is a cornerstone of Deloitte University’s manager transition experience, leaving participants feeling confident, connected, energised, and inspired.

Insights Workshops
Since 2013, Tracy has been delivering dynamic and impactful workshops incorporating Insights Discovery, helping individuals and teams unlock their potential through greater self-awareness and collaboration. Having delivered hundreds of personalised Insights feedback sessions, Tracy has honed the ability to create interactive, engaging, and experiential learning environments, both online and in-person.
